The coating powder mainly includes tungsten carbide based coating powder and chromium carbide based coating powder, of which tungsten carbide based coating powder has high hardness, good wear resistance, adhesive wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high bonding strength. Mainly used in petrochemical valves, geological mining tools, injection screw, printing machinery parts and so on. Chromium carbide based spray powder coating has higher thermal stability than tungsten carbide based spray powder coating, the use temperature can be as high as 850°C, and the coating has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It is mainly used in high temperature corrosive environment such as gas pipeline inner wall and pump inner wall.
