1,CaB6 is black and gray powder. The melting point is 2230°C.On the condition of 2.33gs/ cm3 and the normal temperature at 15°C it can't be fused in the water.
2,Silicon Boride is black and gray powder with luster. The relative density is 3.0g/ cm3 . The melting point is 2200°C; The
