Application

Nickel chromium alloy powder is suitable for oxygen acetylene flame or plasma spray welding process.It is commonly used for prophylactic protection and repair of corrosion and wear resistance,especially for sliding wear parts,such as drawing roller,cam,plunger roller of rolling mill,etc.

-Commonly used in cutting tools; corrosion-resistant alloy layers formed on the surface of steel or iron by spray plating,
deposition, and high temperature diffusion; potassium dichromate and sodium dichromate are strong oxidants in organic synthesis and petroleum industry; chromium yellow, Chrome orange, chrome green, etc. can be used as inorganic pigments.
The coloring material used by the traffic police to detect alcohol is dichromate. Alcohol can react with it to make it color.
Nickel-chromium alloys can also be used to make laboratory resistors.
High-resistance electrothermal alloys (high nickel and iron chromium aluminum), high-temperature alloys, precision alloys,
heat-resistant alloys, special alloys, stainless steel, etc. are common and commonly used nickel-chromium alloys.
