Transparent electronic ink for Silk Screen Printing
It is based on conductive polymer (PEDOT: PSS). The water-based screen printing ink developed by PSS has the advantages of high transparency and good adhesion. It can be printed on substrates such as PET, PC, PMMA, PI and diffused film glass to prepare all kinds of large-area and high-precision (100 micron) transparent electrodes without rainbow lines, orange lines, holes and shrinkage. Suitable for car control panel, luminous LOGO, home appliances and capacitive touch switches, cold light, 3D luminous mask, atmosphere light, luminous characters, electrochromic devices, transparent electrodes and other photoelectric components with high requirements for transparency and conductivity.

Application
 EL 500 is a water-based screen printing product based on conductive polymer 
(PEDOT:PSS), which is developed for transparent electrodes in voltage driven devices such as 
electroluminescent devices(EL), 3D luminous mask, luminous characters, electrochromic devices, 
PDLC devices, etc.It is suitable for preparing pattered transparent electrodes on APET, PET, glass 
and other substrates. It has the advantages of stretchability, high transparency and high 
conductivity.

Note: The above indicators are obtained by using EL500 transparent electronic ink and 300e water polyester mesh screen printing on PET film (TOYOBO). Drying process: leveling less than 5 min, and then placed in 120 ± 5 ºC environment for 15 min.
