Application
1) Adding to molten iron: Purifying molten iron, desulfurization and deoxygenation to improve iron performance. Refine grains, refine alloys, and change the morphology and distribution of inclusions. Resistance to hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion.
2) Adding steel to purify the molten steel, changing the morphology and distribution of inclusions in the steel, refining grain size, and improving steel performance. Adding molten steel, desulfurization and deoxidation, purifying molten steel, and improving steel performance.
3) In non-ferrous metals and their alloys: used as a purifying and modulating agent to improve the strength, elongation, heat resistance, plasticity, and forging properties of metals and alloys.
