Powder characteristics: purity (≥99.9%), oxygen content (≤100ppm), sphericity (≥95%), smooth surface, no satellite ball, uniform particle size distribution, with excellent flow performance (≤6.0s/50g) and high loose density (≥9.5g/cm3) and vibration density (≥11.5g/cm3).

 

Applicable processes: Laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), laser direct deposition (DLD), powder hot isostatic pressing (HIP), metal injection molding (MIM), powder metallurgy (PM), laser deposition (LC) and other processes.

 

Powder application: Tungsten melting point is 3410ºC, high temperature resistance, excellent ray shielding performance.
